I'm having the same issue as a previous thread.
Connected to the nest camera after purchasing. Worked fine. Then moved from my parents home back to my own and tried to work the camera and unable to do so.
Went online and followed instructions to delete the device, then the home it was connected to and start over from the beginning.
I am continuing to have the same message however and now, no longer have access to the original "home" it was connected to.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this! I would love to look into this further for you. I would recommend that you do a factory reset on your Nest camera. I wanted to remind you of some important things to know before you factory reset. After you factory reset your camera or doorbell:
Important: Because a factory reset permanently erases the items listed above, we don’t recommend doing it as a troubleshooting step until you’ve tried restarting your camera and other troubleshooting options.
Best regards,
Brad
