Doorbel cuts out when button is pressed

Good evening everyone, I have a question. For the past 4 to 5 weeks I have had the problem that my doorbell cuts out when the doorbell rings. I then hear a melody for 1 or 2 seconds and then everything cuts out. I also get a message on the hub and the phone that the camera is offline. How is this possible and what can I do about it? I have already reset the WiFi several times and reset the doorbell several times. Kind regards Kevin.

it may be the internal battery has gone bad, some people have turned off the option "Ring Indoor chime" on the settings of the doorbell and the issue appears to go away.

is that possible? the doorbell is wired. I also measured the current and this is exactly as described
