Ho can I get notification on my Nest Hub Max when my 'Nest doorbell 2nd Generation Wired' detect a presence? I tried to reset, reinstall but nothing help. I can only receive the notification on my Nest Hub Display if someone ring on the doorbell but not when camera detect a movement or a presence. The notification of presence only work on the Phone but not on the Nest Hub Max Display.

The only event notifications we can receive on our Nest Hubs and Nest Hub Maxes are "Visitor announcements" when a Google Nest doorbell is pressed. Other notifications only go to our phones and mobile devices.

This is ridiculous . Other brands that are compatible with google, work just fine with Nest Hub Max and sends notifications on there and on the phone. It seems very strange to me how is it possible that Nest is less compatible with Nest Hub than other competitors?

I agree. Unfortunately, all that Google Nest offers for its doorbells is "Visitor announcements":

Hi everybody,
@missnan, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I understand how you wanted that feature to be on your Nest Hub however we don't have any news to share about applying this feature to your Nest Hub. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I'd suggest you send feedback using this link to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this. Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns as I will be locking this after 24 hours. Feel free to start a new thread and we'll be happy to help.
I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
