Hi my doorbell keeps saying remount device to see live or events. My builders threw away the Mount and attached it without it. Can I use google doorbell without the Mount?

You may be able to solve this by changing the mount type in the Home app:

Step 3 is not available when I click on device information. Camera mount is not showing.

Strange. It might help then to reset the camera and select the type of mount you're using during the setup process.
