Google Nest camera wired.

I doubt i picked the right category but anyway. So i have had a google nest camera (wired) for awhile now. I either used trial memberships or just didn't bother trying to save the videos, which i honestly haven't found a way for mine. Apparantly there isn't any for the older versions?

Anyway onto the problem. Before getting the nest aware monthly membership anytime someone moved it would record the whole time. Until they left the picture. Now i get like 2 seconds and that is it. I haven't found anything that can explain why and i haven't changed any settings. I can't handle it not recording as it is protecting my car. Take for instance before nest aware thing someone would walk by my car. It would record the whole things, sometimes up to a minute, until they left the scene. Now..2 seconds. That's it. What is going on?

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. Is it possible that you were on a trial for Nest Aware? If so, I would suggest that you subscribe to Nest Aware for you to get those benefits again. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

Best regards,

Brad
