Doorbell Theme doesn't shuffle sounds

So, there's 4 or 5 different ringtones in the Halloween Doorbell Theme. However, they don't properly shuffle, so the exact same ring happens the first time someone rings the doorbell (it's the one with the cat meowing). If you stand there and press it a few times, it does seem to shuffle the rest of the sounds, but the first one is always the same.

Is there a way to force it to change? Has anyone else noticed this behavior? Most people don't sit the and ring it abunch of times to hear them all, which would also be annoying 🙂

• When did the issue start?

In the meantime, you can do this:

• Check that the app is up to date. If not, proceed to upgrade the app.
• Make sure your Nest doorbell is up to date.
