I have a question about a doorbell that has been returned as faulty.
Can anyone with any ounce of sense please help?
I have a faulty doorbell, which has been RETURNED back to Google with their replacement system.
Google NOW have the doorbell in their possesion
The trouble is as after sending ALL the informatiom to them of proof, and calling them, and dealing with 6 agents, they still cannot grasp I do NOT have the doorbell, THEY do!!
The tracking from DHL proves they have the doorbell, the pictures prove the doorbell, the receipt proves ownership.
Can anyone please HELP what has to be done for someone to grasp this?
I now have no doorbell, and a fool of an agent who keeps telling me to return the doorbell back to where I purchased it from. I can't because YOU have the doobell.
Anyone have any ideas?
