Ive had my Nest Doorbell for about 1 year and a half. It is offline for 2 days now. I tried to follow all the trouble shooting and do a Reset, but it doesn't do anything. I can't get the Doorbell to turn on. I even tried to charge it and nothing lights up and it does not charge either. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. I tried from an ipad and my android phone to no avail. 😩

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. If you haven't yet tried, I would suggest that you attempt to factory reset it, which would also help.
