Have just upgraded to Android 12 and have lost the video previews on the drop down notifications....seems that the issue has been known for a while with no solution? Cannot preview a picture of the doorbell on Wear OS either?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Could you tell us the make and model of your phone? Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on? Have you tried using a different phone to isolate the issue? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Thanks- Android 12 - Samsung Note 10- I think the issue is with Android 12...with Android 11 you could see the notifications (the swipe down) as a short video clip- with Android 12 update- all gone.

I am not sure if you saw @aatienza's response, but we are wondering what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? I would suggest that you start out with restarting your Nest devices first. Thanks have tried the steps...for some reason the issue seems to be with Android 12 vs Android 11...I tried to upload screenshots from both OS from the same Nest doorbell. .Android 11 has a preview video/photo of the notification whilst Android 12 does not.

Yes. Still do not get the notification previews as you would in Android 11. Not sure if this forum allows me to upload screenshots?

I cannot see how to upload photos. I am not sue that my problem is properly understood. It has not been about restarting the device- it's about how the previews of the doorbell are viewed in Android 11 vs Android 12.
