Doorbell not working

The green circle is not lighting up. My doorbell don't show any motion that pass by my house, walk up to the door nor my driveway. What do I do?

Does the battery on your battery doorbell need charging?

Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that. No worries, we’ll check this out. Is your Nest Doorbell (battery) plugged into a power outlet? When did the issue start? Also, do you have an Android or iPhone?
 

Here are some troubleshooting you can try:

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. From the list of linked devices, select Nest Doorbell (battery).
  3. On the top-right, tap the camera Settings.
  4. Select Battery. 
  5. If there is no LED status light or ring light on the Nest doorbell, check if the device is turned off on the Nest app or Google Home app. To learn more, refer to How to turn your Nest camera on or off
