Doorbell stopped working and is blinking green

Doorbell stopped working after a couple years of working fine. I have done the restart by pushing the two buttons, and nothing happens. It just keeps blinking a fast green light near the top of the doorbell.

  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?
  • Are you receiving any error messages in your Nest or Google Home app?
  • When did you first notice this problem?
  • How long are you holding the Nest doorbell button to perform the restart?
  • Have you tried restarting the device while it's plugged into a USB port?
  • What type of Nest doorbell do you have?
