Doorbell won’t connect

Doorbell will not connect to Wi-Fi. I have reset my Wi-Fi and the doorbell both. Everything else in the house is connected to Wi-Fi but the doorbell won’t. Any suggestions??

Hi there, 

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. If your camera has been connected before to your Wi-Fi, try to change the router information to the same as the previous connection, and that works for some users. Please let me know if that did the trick or not.
