I took of my door bell to charge it about 3-4 times and now it wont latch. The little button in the back is stuck and wont pop out. How can i get this fixed.

Hi there,
Thanks for bringing up the concern you're having. I'd love to look into this for you. Have you tried to wedge something in there to see if you can get it to latch? Let me know if that makes sense or not.

Yes, I've tried wedging something in the back. I've tried clicking the top just in case it was stuck but it's not working
