Recently purchased the nest doorbell with the last 2 days and everything looked right at installation, but after just a day of use the button is delaminating on the unit. This has got to be a manufacturing defect because these are built to be outside. However, now that I’ve installed it and I have no warranty purchased through Nebraska Furniture Mart where I purchased the unit… I’ve been told to go through Google for a replacement. This is not what I expected after spending $200.00 on the unit. Please help on what to do next.

I'm sorry to hear about that. When did you purchase the Nest Doorbell (battery)? Also, have you already reached out to our Google Support team to check for warranty options?
