Doorbell

My doorbell needed  new batteries and I changed them. Ever since that it has gone offline. What do I do next? I go into the app and the Wi-Fi will not find the doorbell.

I didn't think you could change the batteries on the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery):

which camera are you talking about?  The older Nest HELLO doorbell or the newer Nest (Battery) door bell.  In either case how did you figure out how to change the battery as I was told they can't be changed by us end-users.
