I have a video I want to download from my Nest Cam using my Google Home App (Android). I saw this and a bunch of other things saying to click the download button, but when I follow the steps, I don't see a download button? I've attached a screenshot of what I see. I really need this video, so any tips? Thank you!

You have to click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Save clip to device".
On iOS it gets downloaded to Photos, and you have to give the Google Home app permission to access Photos; I selected permission for Selected Photos only, and when I download a clip, the first time I was asked if I wanted permission just for the selected photo (apparently the one I was downloading) or all photos. On subsequent clip downloads I don't get that prompt.
You've doubtless discovered that with the new cameras in the Google Home app, you can only download detected events and cannot manually edit a clip.

This is all I have on android when I click the 3 dots.

That's odd. On iOS we have these choices. Maybe an Android customer will comment. Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If not, was this clip within the last 3 hours when you accessed it?

Hi there,
If you tap on the 'Event details' button then on the next screen you will see a download button at the top of the screen.
