I recently found an email in my junk folder regarding "Important: An update on your Dropcam". It shows that I am able to replace one of the two Dropcam Pro cameras that I have. The offer is for a maximum of two cameras. How can I get my second Dropcam Pro camera replaced?

Customers in this forum have reported that they only received the Dropcam offer email if their camera was online and active on a Nest Aware subscription a month before the April 7 offer. Were both of your cameras active? If so, you could try contacting Support using the link and instructions in this post:
