Will the Dropcam HD be unsupported on April2 2024.  The notice says drop cam and drop cam pro will not be supported.

Yes, Dropcam HD is referred to as "Dropcam" and Dropcam HD Pro is referred to as "Dropcam Pro". The "HD" part was dropped from the naming.

They will reach end of support on April 8, 2024. After that date, your Dropcam will no longer work. You won’t be able to use the Nest app to check the status of your it, view live streams, receive notifications or change settings.

Ok, thank you.

I assume the Nest Cam will not be affected?

Correct, only Dropcam models are affected by the announcement.

So how do I replace mine and with what? I have two drop-cam pros in my house. I'm old and confused!

Will they offer to replace them?

Apparently they will no longer be supported, which is very disappointing.  I have two Dropcams which I have relied on for years to record 10 days of video.  Google apparently is concerned more about privacy of whomever and the latest camera I purchased only allows me to store 3 hours of video, which is not adequate.  I will be a customer of whomever can replicate what Dropcam provided before Nest and Google bought them.
