So I saw a post on here about getting duplicate notifications but the answers given were not helpful. I have 2 accounts connected to my home that are on my phone so when the app sends me notifications I receive one for each account. I fully aware of how to adjust notification setting but when I change a setting it changes that setting for both accounts. How do I change it to where I only receive notifications for my main account? I have included a picture of an example. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated as it is incredibly annoying!

I agree the responses I received weren't helpful at all. In the end I consolidated both accounts into one and deleted the other so now I just have the one Google account and one notification.

Unfortunately the other account logged in to my phone belongs to my partner, So consolidation of the accounts is not really an option.

That's unfortunate, sorry I can't help further.

I have that same issue.
two identical notifications of the same thing, every time something happens it appears twice.

Hi Gerolsteiner,
Thanks for sharing that with us. No worries, let’s check this out — a few questions: when did the issue start? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, do you have another email address that’s linked to your Nest account?
Let’s give these steps a try:
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
JT
