Eufy doorbell cannot conect to camera

eufy doorbell cannot connect camera to Google hub.

Have deleted and reinstalled but keeps coming up cannot connect camera.

Can see camera fine in eufy app.

I also have a EUFY cam and have the same problem.  It is flakey at best.  A few times it will connect and show the image but it never lasts very long.   I tried getting help from Google Tech support and they have no clue when it comes to EUFY cams... I have gave up.
