Event Based Recording History

I purchased a battery Nest Cam (that stays plugged in) and enjoyed 24/7 video recordings with the free trail.  When the trail was over, I paid a subscription and I only have access to about 2 -3 hours of video feed per day.  I can see previous days but only for the limited hours of footage.  No matter what I adjust in settings, etc. this doesn't change.  I am confused and frustrated.  How can I gain access to previous footage earlier in the days recorded?

It almost seems that your subscription isn't working. If we select our Google Nest Camera (Battery) (plugged in all the time) in the Google Home app, select Settings, and select Video, under Video History it says: "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history".  And when we view the camera and select "History" or "Full History", we have access to the history.

Also, if you go to this link, it should list your Nest Aware Plus subscription and when it ends: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

Note that, if you have more than one "home" set up in the Google Home app, a Nest Aware subscription applies to only one "home".

This help page lists what you should get for video history: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538?hl=en

P.S., if you have a Nest Aware subscription rather than a Nest Aware Plus subscription, then you will only get event history.

So it would seem.  When I look at the history it only gives me a "Full History" option.  Despite this I can't access any footage more than a few hours old.   I have it set up as EBR so I am not wanting 24/7 footage as that's not what I need.  I just need access to event history for the day in question.  For example: today 4 hours ago.  I will attempt changing my subscription and maybe that will fix the problem.  Thanks for your comment.
