Ever since I added a Nest assistant

… the doorbell no longer rings. And bc the Nest assistant is in the basement I don’t hear that anyone is at the door. I think the assistant is saying someone is at the door but I can’t hear it how can I make the door bell ring as it used to? Thanks

• Which Nest Hello do you have? The wired one or the battery one?
• Have you tried to revert the settings back to how it was before you turned on assistant?
• Have you tried to go to this article to learn how to turn it off?
