I cannot connect my floodlight cam to google home app. On my cam there is a constant green light. All my other google devices are working. Even aI turn off the beaker to floodlight box, the light stays on.

I don't know why your floodlight camera suddenly went offline, and I don't know why you can no longer find your floodlight camera in the Google Home app.
You could try factory resetting it, using the link I shared earlier (using the factory reset instructions, not the restart instructions). And then try reinstalling it in the Google Home app.
Or you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

The green status light on your floodlight camera will stay on when it is disconnected from power because it is actually the Google Nest Battery Camera and so is then running on battery power.
What happened before this? Is this a brand-new install or did you change your Wi-Fi network? If you changed your Wi-Fi network, you will need to do a factory reset in order to clear the Wi-Fi settings on your camera (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162).

I installed it three months ago and it was working fine. It was working up until noon and then it could not find the Internet. I un installed Google Home and reinstalled and reinstalled it. I was able to find my battery operated along with my nest hub but I could not find the, Google floodlight on my garage. I turned off the power switch and reconnected it. The floodlight comes on, but I cannot find the cam and there is a constant green light on it before everything was working until yesterday.
