Full event history only shows i icon instead of clip

When I look at the full history in the home app, it only shows an i icon but on my husband's phone it shows the thumbnail pic of the clip

Hi Dayeoner,  I'm an end user like you.  The first thing that comes to mind is one of you is on an older version of the app.   Go to the App Store and search on GOOGLE HOME.  Once you find it look to see if is says "OPEN" or if it says "UPDATE".   If is say OPEN then you are on the newest version.  If it say UPDATE then you should do the update and see if it make it works.

Please report back and let me know what happens.  Also, are you on iPhone or Android?
