Google Doorbell terminal screws

Bought the doorbell. Went to hard wire it. Backed the terminal screws out on the back to attach the wires and looks like I backed them out too much!! Grabbed the magnet to get the screws..and they aren't magnetic!! 

Why would you create a product where the screws are not captive that are almost essential for the product to work? I have gone to the local hardware stores and they do not sell this size!!! 

Where can I get replacements? Do I need to return this just because you can't keep an essential screw captive?

I actually found the screw. Very lucky. But still there should be some way so they don't come out all the way!!!
