My doorbell was installed by ADT about 6 months ago. About a month ago the camera stopped working but the system was online. After trying to fix the camera issue, the doorbell will not connect using the Google Home App. I followed the instructions on resetting and trying to add device. I have tried several times. The doorbell will charge 100%, however will not connect.

I did the factory reset, which worked. I just had to go thru the setup procedures again. It is working fine.
