Hi,
I have had a Next Hello Doorbell since start of 2019. Working well and I have recently added Google Battery Cam for security at the back of the house. I have noticed however that the Hello image was steaming up and becoming unclear, this has come and gone depending on rainfall over last ~2 years. However, in the last couple of days, I noticed this behaviour and it has not cleared even then rainfall has stopped. Inspecting the doorbell I can see that the plastic cover has come off the camera and has fallen from the Doorbell to the ground (see link to pictures). Is this an ongoing issue with the Hello doorbell, I can see some other customers have had the same issue. (see below).
I am obviously outside the warranty period but this looks to be a design or manufacturing issue with the doorbell. What options do I have here apart from purchasing a new Nest Doorbell or alternative?

Thanks
