Google Home App Notifications

I am having a problem that notifications from the home app are not working, usually after the phone is switched off. 

I have re-installed, cleared cache & data but still it randomly ignores these notification. All working ok on other devices, just the OnePlus 13R!

Anyone else have anything similar?

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • When did the issue start?
  • Is this issue happening with a specific type of notification, such as camera alerts, sensor alerts, etc.?
  • Are you experiencing this issue with a specific Google Nest or third-party device that you have added to the Google Home app? If so, what is the exact model of your device?
  • Is your phone connected to a stable Wi-Fi network?
  • Is your phone's operating system and the Google Home app up to date?

Hi Melany, thanks for coming back. As we have devices in the house which are working fine, both Android and Apple, we are 99% sure its the 13R itself. With help from the OnePlus Community I have changed a battery notification setting and the device has worked for 2 days ok.

 
For the record it was the Nest Camera's notification, all that is on the Home App and all items are updated.
