Google Nest Cam Live Stream Not Working on Mobile Data (5G) — Works Fine on Wi-Fi

Hi everyone,
 
I'm experiencing an issue with my Google Nest Cam (indoor, wired) where the live stream works perfectly when I'm connected to Wi-Fi (both at home and on other networks), but fails to load when I'm on mobile data (5G).
 
I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
• Verified that the app has mobile data permissions enabled.
• Disabled VPN and private DNS services.
• Tested different mobile networks and SIM cards.
• Updated the Google Home/Nest app and my device OS.
• Reduced video quality settings in the app.
• Cleared app cache and even reinstalled the app.
 
Despite all of this, the live stream remains unavailable on mobile data. I'm using iPhone 15 Pro with the latest iOS update 18.5, and my mobile carrier is Ooredoo Qatar.
 
Has anyone else faced this issue or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated!

I connected the Nest Wifi Pro in a few minutes using the Google Home app - it's very simple. For eSIM https://toosim.com/esim-australia on Android, go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager, tap “Add Mobile Plan” and scan the QR code. If you're looking for a reliable eSIM service, TooSim has proven to be excellent in my international travels.
