Google Nest Doorbell Connection

Hello,

I have the Nest app and the doorbell camera was connected fine. Randomly, 3 days ago the app deleted my doorbell camera from it. Now, in trying to connect it back, it is asking me for the 6 digit entry key that is on the back of the product, which is already installed on my front door.

How can I get the 6 digit code after the product is already installed, and so I can use the camera again to see who is at my door?

Thank you.

The camera can be removed from the wall plate using the removal tool included in the box or a small, unfolded paperclip. On the bottom of the wall plate, you’ll notice a small hole. That’s where the paper clip goes to unmount the camera.
