Google Nest Generation 2 Wired Camera

I cannot get my Cam (Generation 2 wired indoor)to connect.  I just loops between the Nest app and Google Home App if I scan the QR code. The shapes bounce and then fall to the ground and it starts all over again.   If I enter manually I get to where the list of where set up code should appear but nothing ever populates,  I am very frustrated.

Are these the steps you're trying? At what point does it do what you're describing?

  1. On the home screen of the Google Home app, tap the + icon at the top left.
  2. Select Set up device +.
  3. Tap New device.
  4. Choose the home you want to add your camera to, or select Add another home to create a new one. Then, tap Next.
  5. The app looks for nearby devices. When prompted, select the camera model you have as the device you want to set up.
  6. Use your phone’s camera to scan your camera’s QR code. You can also tap Continue without scanning and enter the setup code. If you don’t know where the setup code is, tap Find the code for help.
