As the title states my nest doorbell is peeling.
it’s getting worse and worse. I would have expected better considering I paid nearly £200 for this.
It looks tatty. It isn’t even in full sun for long periods of time and definitely not during hottest parts of the day.
quite disappointed really

This is a common problem reported by hundreds of customers in this forum. Two of our three Google Nest Hello Doorbells (the two newer ones) are peeling. We were told Google Nest "cannot" replace them because they are past the 1-year warranty, so we bought silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards.
You can try contacting Support starting with the link below to see if they'll replace yours:

Doesn’t really resolve the current issue though.
I’ve seen other people have been issued with replacements even when out of warranty
