Google Nest Hello peeling / cracking

Good afternoon,

I am, unfortunately, writing/reaching out due to the fact that the outside layer of our Nest Hello Doorbell (wired) is beginning to peel, crack, and bubble.

The doorbell is protected from the elements and weather within our front porch. It's unfortunate that a manufacturing/material defect is happening to the doorbell.  The doorbell should be recalled.

Like numerous other customers, this is happening due to no fault of the owner. Plus, the product just looks bad when people come to the house and see a Google product peeling and cracking. This is clearly a defect in the material and construction of the product. Hopefully, Google has fixed this problem with future products.

Please let me know what I need to do, who I need to contact, or who I need to write to request a replacement.
