Google TV freezes when viewing Nest camera feed on Google home hub

I have a weird issue. Occasionally, the Google TV will pause Youtube TV, Netflix, and other streaming options when I view a Nest camera feed on my Google home hub. Looks like it happens on all my Hubs and any Nest feed. As soon as I close out the Nest camera feed on the Google home hub the shows on Google TV will unpause. Restarting Google TV and Google home hub fixes it 9/10 times.
