Google chat support is not useful

I have been trying to get promo code from support to order my nest camera. I got two cameras and the promo code I got did not let me order 2 dropcam. So I reached to support at customer care. After chatting me for 2 hours they simple said u should try support online as we cannot do anything. They took my number number verified my details . Also requested access to drop cam only to later tell me we cannot help.
