Warranty Issues (2)

Hi there, 

I posted a thread before that now seems to be locked. I'm having issues contacting warranty and have just been going around in circles with Google. Seems like there is no warranty process for defected products.

(1) submitted a claim, was called by an automated robot that connects you to no one. Seems like this doesn't work
(2) tried posting on community, was re-directed by EdmondB to submit a support claim form. Haven't heard in weeks

Is there a number to a team I can call or something or am I just wasting my time on a warranty process that doesn't actually exist?

This customer filled out the form you asked them to fill out on the previous thread (link is above), and on Jan. 31, 2024 you acknowledged receiving their form. The customer is still waiting to hear back.
