Hey folks,
After i scan the QR code google home app asks me "Do you have any of these devices already set up in this home?"
And shows me a list of Nest items that i dont have i press no. the next step google home app asks me to create a new network, i am clicking yes and got some strange error on the screen "problem connecting to cloud"
can some one help me its a new device that i bought couple days ago

Thanks for the information. Is this your first time setting up your Nest Hello? Have you tried using a different phone to isolate this? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Since Nest Doorbell (battery) isn't officially released in Israel, some features may or may not work. Our team is working hard to bring our products to more regions and we appreciate your feedback.
