Hi there, so my subscription hasn’t ended yet and I noticed all my video history disappeared. I was wondering if I can still get them back? Thank you

I am sorry to hear that you lost your footage! If you were previously on a trial that ended, that would be why. Most likely you had some sort of lapse in payment and it dropped. This happens.
