Got a Google twin battery pack for Christmas missing on magnetic back

Got a Google nest battery twin pack for Christmas but missing Magnetic back for one camera. Tried local Walmart but would not exchange without receipt because of value. Also contacted Google but does not offer magnetic back warranty replacement or to be purchased. Does anyone know if the Arlo magnetic back will work
