Re install both devices but able to connect to wifi

The easiest thing you can do is set up your wifi SSID and password on your new router to be exactly the same as what it was on your old one and all of your devices should automatically reconnect after a short time.  If you don't know what it was anymore, you'll have to factory reset the devices and set them up as new devices again like you did the first time you got them.
