Having an issue in my history

I keep having an issue in my history with my nest battery camera where it shows activity but the video just says "this video isn't available yet.  Check back later" - needless to say later never happens!  

Has anyone got a solution / answer for this?

Hey Khalid_1975,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: what is the LED light on the Nest Cam battery? Is this happening to other Nest cameras in your Home? Have you tried doing a factory reset? Check out this link on how to do a factory reset on the Nest Protect.

I have connected the charger to the camera continuously. That happened with all my cameras ( 4 cameras) ,already I did factory reset .Still the same issue also  the live video does not work.
