All of a sudden my awesome nest cover coating is starting to come off. This issue started fast and seems to be getting worse by the day. No direct sunlight for weather. Can you help rectify issue?

My Nest doorbell is facing North with no sun on it, and it has been peeling for a while and slowly getting worse! It started peeling about a year after installation. I bought the doorbell and 7 indoor Nest IQ cams. I love all of them, except that the Nest doorbell now looks ugly.
