Help with Nest Doorbell Wiring

I recently purchase a house and the previous owner had a Nest Doorbell camera, but it doesn't look like they had wired it correctly.

There are 4 wires (2 red, 2 white) coming from the junction box and I assume that all 4 are coming from the camera. They didn't leave the key to open the camera, so I haven't been able to open it yet.

I've purchased a new door chime, but I can't get the wiring connected correctly to get the chime working. I haven't tested the Nest cam because I wanted to make sure that the chime worked before proceeding.

Is there any guide on how to proceed with this type of wiring?

Here are some photos of what I'm working with.

So I think the first thing I would do is get the doorbell and button up and running without any of the NEST camera being involved.    That includes removing the WHITE PUCK you show in your pictures.    Once  you have the doorbell working like it should then go to youtube and search on NEST HELLO DOORBELL INSTALL.  There are a few really good videos that walk you thru it.   You will then re-install the puck which is required for the doorbell to still work once the Nest Hello Camera is in place.

Keep in mind  you have a generation 1 - NEST HELLO DOORBELL and not the newer Gen 2 doorbell.    I lot of people (including me) would say you are better off with the Gen1 Doorbell.

Also, for that doorbell you will ONLY want to use the NEST app on your phone.   Don't spend anytime trying to user the newer GOOGLE HOME app as it is just a headache waiting to happen.

Good luck and let us know if you were able to get it all going.

Oh, one more thing.  Sometimes the transformers that ring the mechanical chimes don't have enough power to also power the Nest Doorbells.  Make sure your transform meets these specs...

Requirements. You need a transformer that is rated for 16-24 V AC, 10-40 VA to provide enough power to your Nest Hello doorbell. If you've already installed your doorbell and you see a blinking yellow light on the front, your doorbell isn't receiving enough power.
