The Indoor Nest Cam v2 doesn't record audio despite enabling settings for doing just that. I'm sick of wasting my time troubleshooting, and Google support has been less than helpful. At this point, I just want my money back so I can buy a proper camera from someone else. However, Google's help page links back to itself in a loop. It gives me no opportunity to send a message to a human. How do I contact a human via text so I can get my money back?

Ugh, sounds beyond frustrating. We are volunteers here so not much we can do. Where are you located? I may be able to find a chat or call option.
