My Hello went offline 2 days ago and although powered on isn’t working at all
I’ve tried updating the wifi details in the app, restarting my router (though everything else in the house including other nest products are working) and finally removing and trying to re-add the device after a factory reset. Every time I get to the wifi part it fails. It looks to me like the wifi hardware may have failed
I’ve tried searching online for warranty claim uk and end up going round in circles on the help pages…..

I’ve been to that page and just go round in circles. Surely there is a form or something I can complete?
