How do I stop Home notifying both my Google accounts when my camera senses somebody?

I have two Google accounts on my phone. I get a push notification to both when my camera senses something. How do I turn notifications off for one account?

Hi there,

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. You would go to your settings and adjust the notification settings and even have the option to lower the sensitivity for your notification settings if you choose. Please let me know if you need further assistnace.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Hi, no worries, thanks for the reply. I'm fine with the amount of notifications I get, my issue is that I get duplicate of every notification (one for each of the two Google accounts on my phone). How do I turn the notifications off for one account or unlink the Home app from one account?

Hi there,

You should be able to turn off notifications and adjust them for each account. Generally you can adjust them within each app. If you have some cameras in the Nest App and the new cameras in the Google Home app, you can adjust the settings for sure for notifications. Even turn them off for either if you wish. Please let me know if you need further assistance with this issue.

Best Regards,

Brad.
