How do i retrieve a video that has been eliminated

I am trying to retrieve a 33 minute video from back in Feb 2021 .why has it been eliminated? Can you send it back to me?

I am also trying to retrieve a week of footage. According to my Nest Aware account this a shouldn't have been an issue! 

I am hoping someone replies to to your inquiry.
