How to get notifications only from unfamiliar faces?

Hello I have a doorbell with battery and a camera with battery, I don't want notifications if I or my family go on my terrace but I want them if an unfamiliar face (potentially a thief) does . How can I get notifications only for unfamiliar faces?Without this function those tools are totally useless

Brad,

Yes.  Still need help.  There is no troubleshooting to be done here; this feature simply does not exist, although it is counterintuitive that a device built for security and learning familiar faces would be unable to provide notifications when an unfamiliar face is identified.  This had been a long time request.

For further assistance, you could take this back to the development team and escalate.  For many, this is the reason that we purchased the nest camera.
