How to set a schedule for nest camera using Google home app?

Hi, I just got a nest cam (battery) and I'm trying to set it up a schedule for it but I can't figure out how.

I set up presence sensing for when we are away, but I want it to record motion even if we are home for certain hours of the night, say 9pm-7am. I can't find any way to do it on the Google Home app, and I can't even link it in my the Nest app- when I scan the camera's QR code I get redirected to set it up in Google home and can't add it in Nest at all.

It's such a basic feature so I'm really hoping that there's a way to do it- these nest cameras were supposed to be an upgrade from our last ones.

Unfortunately, the new Google Nest cameras just released work only with the Google Home app (where scheduling is not available) and not in the Google Nest app.

You can see two of Google's own blogs on the new cameras here, along with extensive customer reactions:

The new cameras are two things... huge disappointments, and number two marketing hype and lies about product functionality.  You can read for your disappointment the following, burried statement:
The GM announces what should of been posted on the Google Store page

Thanks for the answers. This sucks. I thought I was upgrading but there's less functionality than our cheap off-brand Amazon cameras.
