I can't see how to share the camera to the rest of my household. All the instructions I find online say to use the Nest app, but the Nest app doesn't work with this camera. I've gone through all the settings in the home app, and I don't see any options. The other people have the home app, are added to my family, and they can see other devices. They do not see the new Nest Doorbell (wired) 2nd Gen doorbell camera.
I had to choose a platform, but I'm on mixed platforms. Trying to share from the Home app on Android, trying to access from the home app on iOS. Not sure where the problem is. Also, not sure what category is most appropriate, they don't seem to fit. I guess "getting started" since I would consider sharing as something I'd do when I get started. There needs to be an option for "configuration" or "settings".

I should add that when I look under Houshold > the person > Devices I do see the device listed there under their account. It says they can control, add, and remove all devices.

Are you all in the same "home/structure"?
If you have added members of your household in Settings | Household in the Google Home app, they should have access to all the devices in the same Google Nest "home/structure". If you go to Settings | Household and get a screen titled "Household", showing "People in this home", each should show as "Manager". And when you click on any of them, under "Device access" it should say "All devices", and if you select "All devices", the device list should show your new doorbell.

If you can see your doorbell listed under the devices your family members have access to for your "home/structure" (under Settings | Household), then if your family members log into the Google Home app with the same gmail you have listed for them under Settings | Household, and if they select the same Google Nest "home/structure", they should see all of those same devices. Do your family members have multiple or duplicate "homes/structures" in their Google Home app? Can they see all your other Google Nest devices in the same "home/structure"?
This is the help topic on sharing "homes":

If everything checks out on your end, then maybe something odd is going on with household/family access to the new 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell. We have the older Google Nest Hello Doorbells, so I don't know what might be wrong. You could try contacting Support via this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Only a single household is shared with them, and they see all the other devices just fine. They just don't see the Nest doorbell. Maybe the app needs an update on iOS. I'll have them verify they are on the latest version, and maybe open up a support chat if they're on the latest and it still doesn't show.

Hey folks,
Boonxeven, checking in — have you contacted our support team? Also, I'd like to confirm if your doorbell is added to your existing home structure or you've created a new one. If it's added to a different home structure, you need to invite your family member so they can access your doorbell. Here's the instructions on how to invite a family member.
The person you invite should receive an email with instructions.
Note: If the person you want to invite has already requested to join your home, you need to accept that request instead of sending a new invitation.
Thanks,
Archie

I forgot to follow up. After a few days we tested it again and it just worked. We didn't change anything that I'm aware of. Maybe it was a bug, or an app update we didn't notice.
